After our dinner at Frontera Grill, we headed a couple of blocks away to Untitled. They advertised themselves as a speakeasy, craft cocktail bar but their cocktail menu was tiny especially compared to Detroit’s Sugar House Bar or Ann Arbor’s The Last Word or Raven’s Club. They did have a huge selection of American whiskey with over 300 different varieties.
I ordered the Speak Sleazy which was made with house-infused lemonberry Ketel One Vodka, Amaro Montenegro (a herbal liqueur fro Italy), and sparkling Moscato, pictured above. Dave ordered the Emerald Smash made with Knob Creek Rye, King’s Ginger, lemon, lime, basil. Both drinks had really nice flavor.
The atmosphere was nice and it was a really large bar with several rooms, including a champagne bar, the library which housed all those American whiskeys, in addition to a few other rooms. They did offer some food, but we were stuffed from dinner, though the caramel, bacon and almond popcorn sounded interesting.
