Daily-rip-off-a-page Calendar
by Sarah on July 15, 2010
I received a daily-rip-off-a-page calendar for Christmas. Didn’t think I would remember to change it daily, but I’m glad I did. The calendar makers must have known that last week would be difficult. It’s filled with lots of good thoughts to ponder.
“Worry is misuse of the imagination.” —Anonymous
“There is nothing stronger in the world than gentleness.” —Han Suyin
“Think of all the beauty still left around you and be happy.” —Anne Frank
“Happiness always looks small while you hold it in your hands, but let it go, and you learn at once how big and precious it is.” —Maxim Gorky
“Find contentment in less than perfection.” —Anonymous
Thank you, calendar makers. And on a random note, thank you, hydrangeas for blooming so nicely this year.
